The product

A personalized digital gift: an animated red rose with the names and an optional message you provided. It is a digital product — no physical flowers are shipped.

What you receive

• A private gift link (HTTPS).
• A printable A6 gift card with a QR code (PDF).
• The QR code as a separate image (PNG).
• A short guide with your link (PDF).
• A keepsake version of the gift that can be opened offline (ZIP).

Delivery

Each gift is created after your Etsy payment and delivered through your Etsy order — usually within 5–15 minutes, at the latest within 24 hours after payment.

Hosting period

The gift link stays online for 12 months from creation and then switches off automatically. The offline keepsake remains usable after that. We do not promise unlimited availability.

Cancellation and refunds

Each gift is a digital product made to your personal specifications (names and message). Once it has been created and delivered, it cannot be returned or cancelled; for consumers in the EU, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized digital content.

If something is our fault — for example a misspelled name or a link that does not work — write to us and we will correct it promptly. If we cannot fix it, you will receive a full refund through Etsy.

Your link

Anyone with the link can view the gift. Keep it private. If a link was shared by mistake, write to info@digiflower.store or send us an Etsy message, and we will deactivate the gift.
